At the harbour 

As of late it has become clear that 'Neusiedl am See Projektentwicklung GmbH' have implemented 21 luxury houses in Neusiedl am See - 'Am Hafen Neusiedl'.

The harbour area will comprise  21 quayside buildings. Right at the water in the midst of a UNESCO World Heritage Site next to the coastal resort in Neusiedl am See. 

The location is unique. Giving you the opportunity to turn the dream of everyday living & a holiday by the water into a reality. 

The planning phase has been successfully completed with all authorisations granted. The high-quality architecture of the project has been approved by the World Cultural Heritage and Nature Conservation authorities. Sophisticated environmental features such as an alternative heating system which supplies the entire facility and the green roofs set new standards.

Neusiedl am See Projektentwicklung GmbH is made up of Neusiedl enthusiasts based around the majority owner Wolfgang Gollner, all of whom have many years of experience and expertise in the property and construction sectors.

The company is also a property developer, with the up 'Am Hafen' project, which will be implemented predominantly with local, medium-sized businesses.
